Module 2

These are sounds that make me both happy and upset. It is a combination of sounds that define who I am. I love festivals and the night, but I hate the winter and scary things. I want to show that you do not only have to include sounds you enjoy to show who you are, but sounds you may not enjoy are okay as well.

Activity 1

People walking through an outdoor festival.

Ocarnia instrument reminds me of the ocean.

The ocean is something I love and everytime I vacation, I try to go somewhere with a beach.

Sounds of thunder can be scary for me.

Seagulls remind me of the ocean.

The audio reminds me of the song 'mystical magical' by Benson Boone.

I always found the word 'melanchony' beautiful.

Medival and vintage is very beautiful.

Plane flying reminds me of travelling which I love.

I always loved songs by Shawn Mendes which have a lot of guitar.

I love Halloween!

I love summer and everything warm.

I go to the club sometimes and they often use machines like this.

Night time is beautiful and summer night is great for camping.

Crickets remind me of when I finish work in the summer and it is night time.

I had a friend who played flute.

I used to play a lot of minecraft and this fire noise is very nostalgic.

Forest ambience is beautiful and it reminds me of freedom.

Fall is the coming of new seasons and change. I love the idea of changing yourself for the better.

This reminded me of the song 'Running up the Hill' by Kate Bush

An ambience is always refreshing.

I used to play animal crossing all the the time, it is very nostalgic.

Setting up mic so it can respond to my voice.

This code was meant to play the sound without a play button.

Play button created to play around with sound synthesis (sounds created by the computer).

Jump button to jump to a different part of the sound.

Working to make a pause, play and jump button using variables and play.

We want the ellipse to move with the sound, this was the first step, making the ellipse.

The circle was very small but this code made the ellipse move with the sound.

Working with Oscillators

Working with waves.

Screen plays and pauses and changes colour based on which you click.

If you click play, the screen flickers, if you pause, it stops.
